Wellness Week

As part of Wellness Week, FDG – Fiação da Graça, S.A. promoted a workplace gymnastics session, as part of its initiatives to promote health, safety and quality of life at work.

The activity’s main objective was to encourage the adoption of healthy habits, contribute to the prevention of musculoskeletal injuries, and reinforce the importance of physical and mental well-being in the professional context. The session included the participation of workers, providing a moment of active rest and raising awareness of the practice of exercises appropriate to daily work life.

FDG recognizes that the well-being of its employees is an essential factor for a safer, more balanced and productive work environment. In this regard, the company will continue to develop initiatives that promote occupational health and overall well-being, in line with its values ​​and its social responsibility policy.
