Invest in knowledge

Nowadays, a decisive factor that significantly marks a company’s ability to compete is the qualification of its human resources. Therefore, our company is constantly investing in the training of his staff. In the last trimester, employees of our company embraced different challenges, being present in the actions: iTechStyle Summit B2B meetings, digital training for ITV, CIRCO Hub Portugal Design Circular and in the training “Textile and materials technology”. These actions had as main objectives: empower our employees with new knowledge in different areas (computers/electronics, circular economy and textile industry), to develop critical thinking and to share experiences with other professionals.

The portuguese expression “knowledge doesn’t take up space” fits our way of thinking and acting. With the evolution of our employees, we also evolved as a company.
